You won't be left to figure out your goal alone — and you won't wait on a 1:1 to get started. A series of live group webinars and a short on-demand course walk you and your team through building your goal the RPM way: FAST goals — ambitious, specific, frequently discussed, and transparent — not the static SMART checklist, with every goal tied to the mission it serves. The first 4 weeks then build your complete architecture: outcome target, the weekly behaviours that produce it, the logic connecting behaviour to result, and the plan to protect execution from the noise. You leave trained in a system — not just holding a goal.

02 — Weekly Momentum Sessions — The Weekly Rhythm

Every Wednesday at 9:00am PDT — 60 minutes of structured accountability, coaching, and training. You report on last week's commitment. You name what you learned. You declare what you're committing to next week. The training component builds your understanding of the framework week by week. At the end of 90 days you will know how to run this session in 20 minutes weekly with your own team. And if a hard week, travel or board meeting takes you out, your team is still there — carrying the momentum forward.

03 — Monthly Review — The Monthly Lens

Twice during the program you'll run a full Monthly Review — a 90-minute session that integrates your performance data, your strategic signals, and your own development in a single structured conversation.
