01 — Private Onboarding + Goal Architecture — The Foundation
Before the group begins, you'll have a private 1:1 session with Graham. This is where your clarity conversation happens — what you're chasing, what will move it, and what's most likely to get in the way. The first four group sessions then build your complete goal architecture: your outcome target, the weekly behaviours that will produce it, the logic connecting behaviour to result, and the plan to protect execution from the noise. You leave Week 4 trained in a system — not just a goal, repeatable confidence.
02 — Weekly Momentum Sessions — The Weekly Rhythm
Every Wednesday at 9:00am PDT — 60 minutes of structured accountability, coaching, and training. You report on last week's commitment. You name what you learned. You declare what you're committing to next week. The training component builds your understanding of the framework week by week. At the end of 90 days you will know how to run this session in 20 minutes weekly with your own team. This is the meeting your team needs — and you'll know exactly how to lead it.
03 — Monthly Review — The Monthly Lens
Twice during the program you'll run a full Monthly Review — a 90-minute session that integrates your performance data, your strategic signals, and your own development in a single structured conversation. No other framework on the market has a structured monthly cadence. You'll also leave knowing how to facilitate this session yourself — for your team, for your direct reports, for the rest of your career.
04 — Integration Weeks — The Reflection Space
Week 5 and Week 9 are structured Integration Weeks — no live call, self-guided purposeful work. Graham sends a short personal video and a focused prompt sequence. These weeks are designed to create space to absorb what's working, identify what needs to shift, and arrive at the next phase sharper. Built into the program by design — not filler weeks.
05 — The Cohort — The Community
RPM 90 runs in an intentionally small cohort. You'll be alongside other high performers and achievers from different industries, all executing their own goals and held to the same standard. The accountability you feel to this group is one of the most underestimated forces in the program. You're not just accountable to yourself — you're accountable to people who will notice.

At program close, every founding member completes a full RISE Quarterly — Review, Interrogate, Strategize, Evolve. This is the session that asks whether your annual goal is still right, if and how your strategy needs to change, and who you're becoming as a result of the last 90 days. Day 1 reviews the quarter and interrogates your goal and strategy. Day 2 builds your next 90 days. You leave with momentum, not just completion. This session is included exclusively for founding members and is not available separately. Graham charges corporate clients $1,997 for this session.

Week 5: October 14 — Integration Week
Structured async week. No live call — self-guided purposeful work. Graham sends a personal video and a focused prompt. Purpose: absorb the architecture you've built before the execution phase accelerates.
Weeks 6 - 8: October 21 - November 4 — Execute & Review
Weekly Momentum Sessions compound & accelerate. Monthly Review #1 in Week 7 — format introduction and your first real execution data review.
Week 9: November 11 — Integration Week
Second structured async week. Video from Graham, focused prompt, purposeful work. Purpose: consolidate the insights from the execution phase and prepare for the final push.
