Your Invitation to Greatness.Â
Let's Go Further, Farther, Faster, Together.

A Different Type of Mastermind.
Most masterminds focus on revenue or income. You want something different. Something "more". Something that will add value, elevate and create ease in your entire life.
Each participant will set, achieve and contribute support to others goals in the following areas:
- Personal
- Professional
- Philanthropic
- Physical
Those are our 4 P's.
Personal goals are often intrinsically important, identity based, something you are passionate about and would do regardless of money, status, recognition.
Professional goals may check the income box. Maybe there's a milestone you're striving towards. Award you're trying to win. These goals have extrinsic value.
Philanthropic goals because having a sense of contribution is one of the proven 10 Human Drives. More importantly than going into the world and doing well, is to go into the world and do good.
Physical goals drive and support all aspects of our health. Physical conditioning enhances judgment, decisional restraint, and willpower. You cannot separate body from mind.
"Misogi is not about physical accomplishment. It asks, what are you mentally and spiritually willing to put yourself through to be a better human?"
Each FOURPM participant will pick one of their goals to be their misogi.

INTRODUCING...
FOURPM
Mastermind &Â Misogi
Michael Easter describes physical challenge Misogis as having two 2 rules:
- Make it hard.
- Don't die.
Jesse Itzler defines Misogis as doing 1 year defining thing each year:
- Quit smoking,
- Start a podcast,
- Run a marathon.
What Does Misogi Mean?
Misogi is a Japanese Shinto practice that has evolved to have several connotations. Traditionally, a ritual of purification. Samurai warriors engaged to build mental clarity and understand themselves better. In modern times Misogi has taken on a broader meaning:
- Setting a large intimidating challenge for yourself;
- A goal that will challenge you to push yourself, your limits, and change your perspective;
- A challenge that's so difficult you're not sure you'll be able to complete it;
- You do not attempt a Misogi for ego. You attempt it to learn, to grow, and to evolve.
Your misogi is your 1 big goal for the year.

Small Group Mastermind
8 High Quality People.
That's it.
Mastermind groups and communities have grown to include 50 - 100 members. FOURPM is intentionally kept focused on 8 highly engaged particpants.

Bi-Monthly In-Person
We'll meet at 4:00pm.
Every other month.
Humans need connection. With our mission. With others. With ourselves. With the moment. We need great people in our lives. These sessions will focus on major goals of participants each time.

Why 4:00pm?
Cultural Transition Time
In different cultures 4:00pm represents a significant time of transition, a time of hospitality, a light meal, community, conversation, and connection.
Give More Than You Take
Commit to Supporting Others.
The foremost specific condition for a winning culture is authentic commitment: to the group, to your peers, to the project, to the goal. All over commitment to yourself.

Collective Intelligence
Openness, Peering, Sharing, Acting Globally
An outcome of collaborative behaviour founded upon those four distinct principles. The proportion of women in a group is a significant predictor of group performance, mediated by social perceptiveness.

Kindness
Nothing Beats Kindness.
Kindness sits quietly beyond all things. This group will push you, will challenge you, will invite you, will take you further & farther - always with kindness.
IS FOURPM RIGHT FOR YOU?Â
You are at a transition point where you want something different, where you want something more than your current experience.
You want it without redlining or burning out.
You want to build something, experience more adventure, more presence with your kids.
You want to have a different impact than what you're having now.
You've achieved great things.
You know you are capable of helping others achieve greater things.
That excites you, calls you forward, and brings sense of fulfillment.
You know a community will make it easier, more enjoyable, more meaningful.

I'M AMY.
How Can I Help You Succeed?
My superpower is building trust and creating genuine relationships. I love getting to know people, their values and lives outside work. I strive to surprise and delight, always doing just a little bit extra in each interaction.
I aim to set an example of compassionate leadership, hoping others will emulate this style.Â
Building and nurturing professional relationships is crucial for success. A strong network provides support, opens doors to opportunities and offers diverse perspectives.
It’s not just about collecting contacts, but fostering genuine connections and being willing to give as much as you receive.
Success means building a life where professional achievements harmonize with family joy and community impact. It’s having the flexibility to be there for my daughter’s appointments while advancing my career, publishing a book that helps other families and inspiring positive change in my community.
True success is paying forward the opportunities I’ve been given and helping others realize their potential.
My 10-year goal is to establish a charitable foundation dedicated to building integrated assisted-living facilities. Graham thinks we can do it in 6 months.
