Graham has developed and lead high-performing teams with 55 - 60 year age differences between members in Canada, United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

Graham's expertise ranges from local to global non-profits, boutique real estate firms to the developer of the tallest building in the world, four season resort destinations, consumer electronics, hospitality, emerging industries, CPG's and FMCG's, apparel to global endurance racing.
