Both SLCC and CHPC corporate engagements carry a 12 session minimum. 12 sessions can be delivered over 6 or 12 months. Leadership development compounds — six sessions is not a program, it is an orientation. The organizations that see the most significant results treat this as a 12-month commitment from the start.
For corporate cohorts, one 75-minute session per month is most requested. Between sessions, participants are expected to apply the material. Worksheets are intentionally designed to be completed in 15 - 20 minutes. Repeated practice will reduce that to 5 minutes. The time investment is deliberate and contained. The return is not.
